FREE ONLINE RETURN POLICY (Free First return only)
It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we make the return process easy for you. In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a FREE 7 (seven) day return policy for online purchases, for your first return only. If your return is a second return on the same purchase order, it then no longer qualities for a free return and must be returned at your own expense ( by mail ) to our address for a product refund :

The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a reimbursement:
- Order was received within 7 days prior to wanting to return.
- The product is unworn.
- The product is unused.
- The product is undamaged.
- The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached or any other stickers attached.
- Must be a Canadian order

RETURNS
All refunds will be issued in the form in which payment was originally received. The refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by “www.nerogiardini.ca”.
